Tor Erling Fagermoen is a visionary leader and inspiring speaker whose ultimate goal is to help the younger generation in Europe connect to God through Jesus. From 1998 to 2004 he was the National Director of Youth Ministry for the Norwegian Lutheran Mission, from 2004 to 2010 he was Lecturer and Principal of Fjellhaug Bible School in Oslo, and from 2011 to 2015 he was the General Secretary for NKSS, the Norwegian IFES movement. Since 2015 he has been the Regional Secretary of IFES Europe. He also serves as Conference Director for Presence and insists on being called Tor.
